My grandfather served honorably in the Indian Army, embodying values of integrity and dedication that inspire me to this day. Motivated by these principles, I joined the German Army (Bundeswehr) at 18. That experience instilled in me structure, resilience, and the confidence to take responsibility—qualities I bring to my work every day.

In 2020, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, my father introduced me to the world of real estate. Around the same time, a transformative book profoundly changed my perspective. Fueled by this new vision, I purchased my first three multi-family properties within just a few months.
